藝術均衡兒童的心、腦和手的感觀發展。意旨透過本課程來引發對外界的認知，理解及分析去發揮想像力。以不同題材和素材讓雙手得到恰當的訓練，達至身心健全發展。
課程包括基本主題繪畫技巧，構圖、圖案設計及色彩運用。啟發兒童創作力及增強觀察力，提高兒童對藝術的興趣。學員會透過認識不同的媒介做出不同的效果，如塑膠彩、水彩、油墨、乾粉彩、油粉彩等。 Children’s aesthetic growth can be manifested by creative art activities. This course focus on stimulate a child’s thoughts, feelings and perceptions, and provide visual, kinaesthetic or auditory experiences. The course provides a wide range of material for the kids to create artwork and enhance coordination between visual and motor movement. This course introduces different drawing techniques and material, composition, pattern design and colour theory thought motivational theme. Arts are an alternative way of communication, which can bring the community together. 藝術鼓勵思想、表達和創作，我們相信每個人都可以創造藝術，透過不同的藝術課程帶動大眾對社區藝術文化的認識，並與不同的人結連。此外，群體的藝術創作過程建立於對自己情感及思想。在藝術家的引導下交流情感，然後在互相鼓勵下展現不同的藝術意念。藝術成為凝聚與建立社群的動力，推動他們以力量去超越困難。 開設畫班後會定期舉辦畫展，希望社區的藝術文化發展得以提升。畫展也令學員多一種認同，透過畫作分享令社區的互動更為親密。 The process of art making encourages contemplation, expression and creativity. We believe that everyone can create arts. Our activities can enrich the culture in the community and create an opportunity for people who love art to join together. We will hold art exhibition regularly to enrich and advance the arts development in the community. Communication through art can build up confidence and self -esteem for the participants.
